Recreation/Respite

LisaAllegany Arc provides planned out-of-home and in-home respite to adults and children with special needs who reside at home with their families. Respite Services provide a wide variety of leisure and learning activities while family members who care for a person with disabilities at home can take a break. Families use respite services for a number of reasons, including running errands, spending time with their other children, going out of town, personal appointments or simply taking an occasional and much-needed break.

Join us for Movie Night at the Howe

Allegany Arc will be hosting a movie at the Nancy Howe Auditorium, Wellsville the second Monday of each month from 3:30-5:00pm. The movies are free and open to the public; movement and sensory items will be available during the movie.
