Community

Allegany Arc ArtThis program focuses on “putting people first” and facilitating every individual’s right to full participation in community life, recreation, leisure, and self-advocacy allowing individuals with developmental disabilities to lead richer lives and have greater control over the choices they make. Skilled instructors work with individuals to build communication skills, and improve behavior and social competence. Participants enjoy recreational activities, trips to community attractions, games, and arts and crafts.

We want your input – take the Community Services Recreational Interest Survey.

This simple survey will help us with our goal of being person-centered with planned recreation activities. Our mission is to provide the highest quality opportunities to the people we serve. Your participation in the survey is voluntary and all information is optional. Your input will help us focus on the areas of interest to the most people.

There are two ways to take the survey:

(1) Print off the Community Services Recreational Interest Survey (PDF), complete and mail to Allegany Arc Community Service Survey, 240 O’Connor Street, Wellsville, NY 14895.

(2) Save the Community Services Recreational Interest Survey (Word Document) to your computer, complete and email to kim.clark@alleganyarc.org.
