Allegany Arc Promotes Presutti-Kubiak

Allegany Arc, a human services provider that provides services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, is pleased to announce the promotion of Stephanie Presutti-Kubiak to Manager of Independent Living. In her new position, Stephanie is responsible for overseeing Allegany Arc’s Alfred Community Residence, Supportive Apartments and Family Care programs.

Stephanie began working at Allegany Arc in March of 2015 after accepting the Movin’ Out Project Manager position under Allegany Arc’s Balancing Incentives Program grant contract. The Movin’ Out Project is a program that gives individuals with developmental disabilities more community based independent living options.

Prior to coming to Allegany Arc, Stephanie graduated with honors from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and worked at the Rehabilitation Center in Olean as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and later a Case Coordinator.

In 2015 Stephanie moved to Allegany County. She says that it was important for her to be a part of her new community by working for an agency like Allegany Arc and getting involved. Stephanie also coaches Allegany County’s Special Olympics Green Machine Basketball Team and is a big pet lover.
